    回答: Our Bee Propolis capsules are a size 2 capsule. The outer diameter is 6.35mm and the length is 18mm.

    回答: Every single ingredient we use is certified non-GMO, non-irradiated, and undergoes thorough laboratory tests to exclude any pesticide, heavy metals, nanoparticles, fungal or bacterial contamination.

    回答: Bee Propolis is a natural substance and its color can change from dark brown through green, black, red, and even white hues. It depends on the season and sources of resin and pollen available for the bees in the particular hive area.

    回答: I take a 1000mg tablet in the morning and another in the evening. I suggest researching all available health benefits from propolis, as it has been used by many for thousands of years.
