Silvertown Health has confirmed that the calcium is a mixture of calcium carbonate and calcium citrate, is soya-free and suitable for vegetarians. Based on customer reviews, Bone Smart has an excellent mix of vitamins and minerals and offers good value for money. However, some customers have found the tablets too large to swallow.
