    回答: 1 table spoon in 750ml hot water in a large coffee cafetiere, then leave to cool. Search videos for administering a coffee enema, also will need a coffee enema kit.

    回答: No, there is not a decaffeinated version of this enema coffee. This is because caffeine is an essential ingredient for coffee enemas.

    回答: According to the guide book from the enema kit I bought, add 2-4 tbsp to 1 liter of water, bring to boil and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Then use a sieve to drain out the liquid, let it cool down to body temperature. And it's ready to use.
