- Water before use: fine pores in the lid retain water and form a natural haze layer when heated. The food does not dry out, remains juicy, flavours and nutrients are preserved.
- Efficient in everyday life: the clay retains and distributes heat evenly for fast, pinpoint cooking results. Saves energy and can reduce cooking time compared to conventional moulds.
