Safe to use as often as needed, you can add it to your morning or night routine to prevent further irritation. First-time use instructions: 1. Remove safety seal and clear plastic cover. You won’t need these anymore, so throw them out. 2. Remove blue pull tab. 3. Remove blue cap. You will need this, so hang onto it. 4. Slowly squeeze out 2 drops to prime the bottle. 5.
