The Duluth Forge Dual Fuel Ventless Insert-32,000 BTU, T-Stat Control Fireplace Insert is an attractive piece that produces much heat but has poor customer service, inadequate packaging causing cosmetic damages and faulty components. It has a pilot light, 6 logs, and a thermostat for it to turn on and off. The logs cannot be changed and there is no adjustable flame. It has uneven reception with some customers not having any problems while some had defective units, broke logs, and random shutdowns.
