While it is not suitable for cutting through stucco, it can cut through plastics such as the Igloo cooler material, or for drilling holes in hardwoods and plywood. However, the hole size may not be precise. It cuts a hole slightly smaller than the intended 6-inch diameter. Some customers noted that the holes were smaller (5 ⅞") than advertised, causing inconvenience in getting a 6" pipe through the hole.
