It comes with four mounts, screws, and wall anchors. The multi-purpose kit works with a variety of surface types, including plaster, drywall, masonry, and lath and plaster. The wall anchors are rated for 57 lbs pull-out and 125 lbs shear force, making them strong enough to hold up to 4mm glass. The diameter of the stand-off piece is 11/16" and it stands off from the wall by 1". They don't work for material that is thicker than 1/4". The kit also comes in gold, which can be requested by emailing the seller.
