    答え: You may be able to take it up enough to fit. I would try it. If you get it to fit him then be sure to cut excess off of harness and singe ends so it won’t fray. With this harness being inexpensive even if it doesn’t fit you won’t be out much. Nothing ventured nothing gained. Good luck!
