The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is a well-built, quiet, and Consistent espresso grinder that is excellent for home use. It has a timer while the Notte only grinds manually. Using this grinder for pour-over coffee produces an incredibly Consistent grind size. There is minimal retention with a little bit of irregularity that requires some smacking. The hopper that comes with the machine is cheap plastic, but there are aftermarket hoppers that can improve the user experience. The machine is not multi-voltage and has a single voltage of 120v. The container holds up to 12oz of beans. In general, the Silenzio model is a better choice than the Notte, as the Silenzio is notably quieter. There are not new burrs with this model. The grinder is expensive, but it is worth the price. There is no issue with static when using this grinder and it does not require any preparation beforehand. There is a minor complaint about the tight-fitting hopper lid. Overall, the Eureka Mignon Silenzio is a great espresso grinder that delivers quality and is worth the price.
