The Crime Syndicate is back in this rebooted version, which manages to stay true to the existing stories while feeling new. It is described as an origin story of the new Crime Syndicate after Death Metal reshaped the multiverse. Although some reviewers found the storytelling to be poor and not very interesting, the book does have some good parts and decent art.
