This cooktop operates without flames or fumes, featuring built-in safety components and official certifications, including UL858. True Induction's high-efficiency cooktop employs magnetic-based technology, heating the ferrous metal in your cookware rather than the cooking surface itself. This induction cooking process is highly energy-efficient and can boil water in just 1 to 2 minutes. Compatible cookware includes stainless steel, cast iron, and enamel-coated steel.
