  • Question: Do the lights come with Mason jars?

    Answer: No, the product only includes 6 pack of 10 LED jar lid string lights and 6 hangers. Mason jars need to be purchased separately.
  • Question: How long do the lights stay on after being fully charged?

    Answer: The lights can stay on for up to 8-10 hours after being fully charged for 5-7 hours under direct sunlight.
  • Question: Are the lights safe to use outdoors?

    Answer: Yes, the waterproof design makes these lights safe to use outdoors even in moist or rainy conditions.
  • Question: Have the issues with handles not fitting and lights blinking been addressed?

    Answer: My lights didn’t blink and the handles fit however they fit above, the last screw on rung, for the lids. I’m not sure why the manufacturers did that but it’s inconvenient and difficult to use.
  • Question: Would these lights work in light blue colored mason jars?

    Answer: The lights are very bright so you should be able to see it in a light blue colored mason jar.
  • Question: How do you stop the twinkle?

    Answer: As far as I know you cannot stop the twinkle, there are ones online that are just constant on.
  • Question: Are there 10 or 20 bulbs per lid? What is the difference between 4 color and 5 color?

    Answer: These are 10 bulbs per lid and the color is different between 4C and 5C like the pic.
  • Question: Will these work in shaded areas or do they need direct sunlight?

    Answer: The mason jar lights are powered by sunlight. I suggest you put them outdoor so that they can be charged with solar energy as indoor light cannot charge them. If there isn't enough sunlight, you can also replace a regular AAA battery as backup, but it cannot be charged with solar energy.
  • Question: Can these be charged by placing them in front of a sunny window?

    Answer: Just place the light in a sunny place for 5-7 hours. The window sill or outside is fine. If the sun is not enough, you can replace the normal AAA battery as a backup battery, but you can't charge it with solar energy.
  • Question: What is the light mode - steady or twinkle?

    Answer: It is a steady light. Plenty of color just doesn't twinkle or flash.
  • Question: What size jars do these fit?

    Answer: The item does not contain the mason jars, just mason jar lights.
  • Question: Will these fit wide mouth jars?

    Answer: The mason jar lids fit for most regular mouth mason canning jars, lid diameter size: 2.76 inches (70 mm) / insert 2.17 inches (55 mm) and I suggest you put in a regular size jar.
  • Question: Can you fill the jars with water for diffuse light?

    Answer: Haven't tried water. We used colored cellophane.
