There are three options of seats available at different price points, the most expensive of which has a built-in bidet and dryer. The bowl height is 16" to the lip of the ceramic bowl, and 18" with the lid closed. There is no need for an AC power outlet as the toilet does not require it. Feedback from customers has been mixed. Some have complained about poor shipping which damaged the toilet before it arrived, while others have had issues with the toilet's flushing mechanism.
