The top drying rack area and the legs are made of heavy-duty plastic, whilst the pole is made of metal. The rack can withstand an average sweater's weight of about 2 each prong, while some reviewers have hanged up to 30 items on it. Customers appreciated how lightweight and easy to assemble this drying rack is. However, other reviewers found the packaging terrible, and some reviewers thought the unit was poorly made. It is not recommended for heavy items such as denim. In general, this drying rack is recommended for people who have small spaces and an average amount of laundry.
