Answer: On a 2019 CRV, slots needed to be cut into the sound dampening material mounted to the underside of the floor boards in order to mount properly to the body. Slots were cut to allow the brackets to protrude through the material. The 'pads' needed to be disassembled to do it well. This added an extra 3 hours to installation. -
