Are these grips more durable than the standard elite grips or will they fall apart just as easily over time?
Answer: I didn't get the grips, instead I needed the Controller Bumpers. As far as I can see these are original parts, so the exact same as the ones you have on your current Elite controller. -

Will this work for an Xbox One S Controller?
Answer: These are replacable plastic panels specifically designed for only the elite controller. Won't fit other controllers.
